Terms and conditions for La Petite French School
La Petite French Schools Terms and Conditions aim to present a fair sustainable structure to all. We aim to provide the highest quality classes for all our customers.
We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a La Petite French School class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by La Petite French School Ltd. or its employees.
Payment Methods
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in advance of the class.
Confirmation of place
Your place at La Petite French School will only be confirmed once full payment has been received. If payment is not received within 3 working days from your booking, your place may no longer be held.
Refunds
A course or event may be cancelled provided you inform the La Petite French School in writing within 14 days of the course commencing. Please note there may be an administration charge of £20 for any changes made or cancellation. You may offer your place to a friend as a gift provided you inform La Petite French School in advance of the class.
Holidays and sickness policy
Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover holiday, illness or any other reason you may not be able to attend a class.
If your child has shown signs of being unwell with the 48 hours proceeding a class, to prevent other children from becoming ill please do not attend the class.
You may offer your place to a friend who also has a baby to a session you know you are unable to attend.
Twins and Siblings Discount
La Petite French School offers a lower rate for twins and siblings if brought by one adult.
A parent bringing more than one child will need to have an arrangement with another parent, should they need to take one of the children to the bathroom. The Class Leader can never be responsible for your child.
Twin and sibling discounts are not available for taster sessions.
Supervision and withdrawal of service
All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. The Class Leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time.
Should a carer or associated visitor behave in a way that La Petite French School feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client without refund.
Renewals
La Petite French School does not have any form of automatic renewal, we do however remind you to book for the following term early as places are available on a first come first serve basis.
Cancellation of Classes Policy
La Petite French School will endeavor to run classes during bad weather such as flooding or snowy conditions. If a class is cancelled due to safety concerns, parents will be notified.
An additional class will be offered if we have to cancel a class or refund against a future term's fees. Regrettably we can't offer cash refunds.
Data Protection
La Petite French School will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed onto a third party.
Videos, photographs and confidentiality
You are welcome to take pictures or videos of your children during the course provided it doesn't interfere with the class. In addition please always be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop, please do respect the rights of others.
Protection of property
Please note that your property is your responsibility and La Petite French School cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.
Health & Safety and Hygiene Policies
La Petite French School follows rigorous internal checks of the venue and its own equipment to ensure that they are clean and safe. Risk Assessments are conducted.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
La Petite French School may updates these T&Cs at any time. You have 14 days to opt out of accepting changes in writing.
